Loved the cozy rooms with rustic charm and the beautiful garden. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Will definitely come back.
Calling the phone number for inquiries was pointless. They must have been too busy enjoying the continental and vegan breakfast options!

Enjoyed the free WiFi. oh wait, it never connected. But hey, at least the setting was beautiful and the place was exceptionally clean!
Who needs reception staff? It's much more fun to play guessing games with key codes in the dark!

The buildings and rooms were jaw-dropping, with incredible traditional Canarian style and antique furniture. The restaurant personnel were super nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed dining outside. The location was perfect, in a small countryside village surrounded by nature but close to the island's capital. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony. It was a calm and peaceful place during the day. The internet was okay for watching low-res videos. The parking spot was convenient. The bath, chairs, and bed looked fancy. The host provided a very helpful scheme for getting to the hotel and checking in, making the whole process easy and pleasant.

We got great value for our money at Rural Rugama Villa. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony, and the peaceful location was perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our on-boarding process smooth and pleasant.
The only improvement needed for breakfast was the menu for breakfast.

The rooms were clean and well-decorated, giving off a traditional and local feel. the breakfast had a good variety of continental options. the location of the hotel was nice, away from touristy areas but still convenient.
The rooms on the far end felt isolated and may not be ideal for those seeking a quieter stay. There were some issues with the hot water in the shower and the owner was not responsive to requests.

We had a wonderful stay at Rural Rugama Villa. the building itself is beautifully preserved, giving us a taste of the past. the large room on the first floor was perfect and the inner yard added to the charm. Despite a sandstorm from Africa, which added an adventurous touch to our experience, we were still able to enjoy the ambiance. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the clean and fresh surroundings created a great rural vibe. the restaurant served honest and popular food, and we were even allowed to dine outside. a quiet and enjoyable stay in the middle part of the island, made better with a car to explore the nearby attractions. Cons: All good ⭐.

the hotel is in a peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful greenery and offering wonderful views. the rooms are unique and each one is special in its own way. the pool area is also very nice, and we wished we could have taken advantage of it if the weather had been better. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Agustin and Agustina. They made sure we felt at home and took care of our every need. We also have to mention the lovely cat, Rugama, who added a touch of charm to our stay. the food in the restaurant was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the perfectly cooked steak prepared by their talented chef.
Cons: No complaints.

The breakfast was delicious and the service was great. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The pool area was a nice place to relax and unwind. The rooms were unique and each had its own special charm. It was interesting to see the different designs.
The bathroom in the room was not very functional. The lighting was dim and made it difficult to see properly.

The garden was lovely, and the rooms had a nice simple design. The restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast, and the location was convenient for getting around the island.
The lack of communication was frustrating as the phone line was not answered and there was no staff available to help with requests. The room amenities were also lacking, with no place to store clothes or suitcases and no kettle for making drinks.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
